About Me

I developed a rare ear condition as an adult, and developed significant hearing loss as a result of the damage caused by the condition itself and the multiple operations needed to treat it. For along time I didn’t tell people about my hearing loss, and made adjustments to try and compensate, so I’ve experienced some of the many challenges that people with hearing loss can face in everyday life. Having worked in financial services for nearly 20 years, I know there is so much more we can be doing to make banking more accessible for more people and I’m excited to get started on removing some of the barriers that exist. I’m delighted to be joining Signing Banks and look forward to working with others from across the industry to kick-start some meaningful change.
